The Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association is a non-profit, statewide organization representing assisted living and personal care home providers throughout the Grand Canyon State.
AALHA provides members a cohesive, productive network for executives, providers and industry-related affiliates.

Since 2003, AALHA has been dedicated to promoting the best interests of providers and residents through a variety of educational programs, continuing education workshops, our Annual Conference and communications that educate current changes in the industry.

AALHA now represents over 1,800 assisted living homes and adult foster care homes in Arizona. Together, we have a collective voice in the industry and help maintain a high level of care for Arizona's older adults.

AALHA’s Sponsorship Program is designed to foster professional relationships between our members, legislators and locally represented, reputable service vendors. AALHA members help shape the future of Arizona’s elder care industry.

Each year, AALHA hosts the Annual Member Conference which brings together over 250 of Arizona’s leaders in assisted living. The Conference addresses timely issues impacting the industry, regulatory changes and advancements in geriatric healthcare. During this conference, we unite to arm ourselves with the knowledge and resources necessary to continue our success in assisted living administration.

2026 Annual conference 

AALHA is honored to bring back an in-person event for our 22nd Annual Conference which will be held March 9, 2026. The full-day Conference will be held at the Moon Valley Country Club (151 W Moon Valley Dr., Phoenix AZ 85023). This year’s theme will be March Madness. 

Attendees can earn 6 CEUs (NCIA Board Approved) and have access to invaluable resources all in a single location. The Conference also provides ample time for networking as well as food and beverages.
