Class held at the Department of Health Services, 150 North 18th Avenue
Phoenix, Arizona 85007. This class will be held in room 415B.
For assisted living home owners, managers and caregivers who have already had medication training. Medications classes are held form 8:00 AM to Noon, and the Service plan classes from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Four hours of CEU credits are given for medication classes and 2 hours for service plan classes.
Participants should bring:
- A copy of the Rules and Statues related to the administration of Medications and/or Service Plans (on the DHS website)
- A copy of a current Drug Reference manual
- Your own refreshments such as water or soda. Lunch is on your own.
- Pen and paper for notes.
There is a maximum class size of 25 persons.
